Ion designs apps and websites around how people actually use them. He trained as a naval architect before moving into design, and has spent the last six years on interfaces, product and brand.
He led the design and launch of a fintech mobile app, redesigned a website around a clearer product structure, and reworked onboarding to improve retention and conversion. He also led a product testing team, turning user feedback into continuous UX improvements. Earlier, he designed websites, interfaces and visual identities for ecommerce brands, large companies and international organizations.
