Maxim builds and runs the infrastructure products live on: servers, Kubernetes clusters, deployment pipelines and monitoring. He is a Certified Kubernetes Administrator and works across AWS, GCP and DigitalOcean, using Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure as code and ArgoCD and Helm for deployments.

He has built CI/CD pipelines that cut deployment time by 60%, designed high-availability setups with load balancing and failover, and automated routine infrastructure work with Bash and Python. With a background in network engineering, he can trace a hard production incident from the application down to the network.
