Admiral Travel
From shared booking software to a travel platform they own - Travel ERP & Online Booking Platform
Visit live site
Admiral Travel ran on the same software as 10–20+ other agencies. MITDEV built it a platform of its own: one system that connects 43 providers, compares their offers and runs the business from the first chat to the final invoice.
A growing travel company on someone else's roadmap.
Admiral Travel has sold holidays since 2010, from offices in Chișinău and Bucharest, to more than 100 destinations. It works with booking providers, signs its own contracts with hotels and suppliers, builds its own packages and supplies other smaller agencies. Its software was shared with roughly 20 other agencies.

A shared platform
- One of 10–20+ agencies on the same system
- Features it paid for could reach competitors
- Changes could wait up to six months
A platform of its own
- Built for Admiral alone, and owned by Admiral
- Every feature stays Admiral's
- Admiral sets its own priorities, with its own tech partner
How it works
When someone looks for a holiday, the platform sends the request to every provider set up for that package, at the same time. Each provider answers in its own format and under its own hotel names. The engine translates the answers, recognises the same hotel when it appears more than once, and returns one list of offers with prices compared across providers.
When a customer writes on Instagram, Facebook, Viber or the website, the message lands in the same inbox. The AI assistant asks for dates, travellers and children's ages, then sends back real offers. When a person is needed, an agent takes over.

Under the hood
Simple on the outside, dozens of systems underneath. The hard part of a travel platform is making systems that were never designed to work together behave like one. Four decisions made that possible:
- Three layers of integration. Providers, their connections and the booking systems behind them are modelled separately, so one integration can serve many feeds. 43 providers run through 169 connections.
- Fresh data, watched all the time. About 32,000 background jobs a day download catalogs and import prices, and the health of every connection is on a dashboard.
- Settings, not code. Packages, markets, payment gateways and document templates are configured in the back office. A new market is set up, not rebuilt.
- AI with guardrails. The assistant never answers from memory: it calls the real search and hands over to a person when it should.

Results
Admiral now owns the software its business runs on.
- Changes no longer wait months for a vendor.
- The ideas Admiral pays for stay Admiral's.
- Partner agencies have become a sales channel.
- Conversations, pipeline, bookings and payments live in one workspace.
- Moldova and Romania share one platform, with departures from Chișinău and 13 Romanian airports.
