LogiCRM
LogiCRM is MIT-DEV's own product: a CRM and TMS for freight forwarders that takes a deal from the multimodal offer to the signed contract, the client's tracking page and the profit per shipment, on one data model.

LogiCRM is the platform MIT-DEV builds and runs for freight forwarders, brokers and 3PLs, the companies that arrange transport without owning trucks, ships or planes. It replaces the spreadsheet and inbox workflow with one system for sales, pricing and operations teams.

The challenge
A forwarder's margin is decided in the details: the right partner quote, the right documents, the right status sent to the client at the right time. Generic CRMs do not know freight, and transport software does not handle the client relationship, so the work ends up in spreadsheets and email. The platform had to:
- Quote fast: any transport mode and Incoterm, with partner quotes and a locked margin.
- Close the paperwork: contracts, CMRs, invoices and delivery notes kept with the deal.
- Show the money: profit per shipment as soon as pricing is locked, not at month-end.
Spreadsheets and the inbox
- Offers built in spreadsheets
- Contracts and documents lost in email threads
- Margin discovered at month-end
One data model
- Multimodal offers from one screen
- Contracts generated, signed and documented in the deal
- Profit per shipment the moment pricing is locked
What we built
Quote any mode. One offer engine handles road (FTL and LTL), sea, air, rail and multimodal routes, every Incoterm and every pricing scenario. Partner quotes are requested and compared from the offer, and the margin is locked before it goes to the client.

Contracts that close themselves. When an offer is accepted, the contract is generated from the right template, for the client and the transporter in one pass and in the client's language. Every CMR, invoice and delivery note is attached to the deal, and the contract closes itself when the last document is filed.

A carrier network. Separate registries for commercial partners and truck carriers, with capabilities, capacity, operating zones, banking details, blacklist status and performance on one screen.
A tracking page clients open. Every contract gets a branded tracking page that needs no login, from cargo loaded to trip closed and invoice paid. Operations update it once, and the client sees it immediately.
Profit per shipment, in real time. Role-based dashboards show offers, conversion and active shipments, and net margin is recalculated for every shipment and aggregated by client, partner, route or period.

A freight-native CRM. Leads, clients and the full history of every deal in one place, for sales, pricing and operations alike.
The inbox inside the deal. A shared inbox brings the team's mailboxes into one view, assigns each thread to one person and files every email under the right deal.
Work that runs on its own. Notifications on every meaningful event, deadlines on partner quotes, and contracts drafted and sent automatically.
Built for real teams. Six roles, several brands run side by side with isolated data and branding, an audit log on everything that matters, three languages and three currencies.
The result
Freight forwarders run quoting, contracts, tracking and profit on one data model, with nothing re-keyed between tools.
