MAVEX Property: UK property investment website

MAVEX Property Group is a UK property investment company built around a disciplined acquisition framework: "Precision investing. Structured results." MIT-DEV delivered its website end to end, from scoping and estimation to production launch.

The challenge

MAVEX sells a method, not a single deal. Investors need to see how the company models, buys and delivers a project before they commit capital, so the website had to:

Explain the framework: set out the five-step MAVEX Framework and the thinking behind it.
Show the work: present active projects across the country with real figures, photos and video.
Open a direct route: give prospective investors a clear next step, from investment options to an enquiry.

What we built

The story and the method. Home, About and Framework pages set out the company's positioning and its structured acquisition approach, from the founder's journey to the five phases of the framework: Model, Acquisition, Value Engineering, Execution and Exit.

Staying in touch. A newsletter keeps investors informed between deals, and a Contact page with a short form turns interest into a conversation.

Three languages. Romanian and Russian are supported alongside English.

Launch

Before launch, the team ran a dedicated testing and bug-fixing phase, then migrated the content and data into production. A local environment that mirrors the production database now supports ongoing development.
