Zoom Credit is a Moldovan non-bank lender. MIT-DEV built Credy for it: the platform the company runs its whole credit cycle on, from the first contract to the last payment, including the accounting, the recoveries and the reports the regulator asks for.

The challenge
A lender's day is full of numbers that must agree: repayment schedules, payments from banks and terminals, accounting entries, risk classes and regulator reports, in more than one currency. When each lives in a different tool, someone reconciles them by hand. Zoom Credit needed one system that:
- Gets the money right: schedules, allocations and accounting that match, in lei, euro and dollars.
- Follows every contract: from origination to closing, including late payments, court and enforcement.
- Answers to the regulator: risk classification and reports built from the same data.
What we built
A start page for every operator. Each operator opens a dashboard with the day's actions, one click away. A system-health view shows the credit-bureau sync, calculation errors, contracts missing data and the documents waiting for approval.

Contracts and schedules. Contracts are originated from a product catalogue, with annuity, decreasing or custom repayment schedules. Changes to interest, penalties or the schedule are versioned, and an early repayment recalculates the contract automatically. Each contract keeps its own currency, at daily exchange rates.

Payments and reconciliation. Bank statements are imported and payment-terminal settlements are matched automatically. Each payment is allocated to principal, interest and fees, and any exception stays visible.

Accounting. Entries post automatically in several currencies, with period closing, revaluation and an export for the accountants' software.
Recoveries. Overdue days are detected automatically, and each case moves through soft and hard collection, court, enforcement or assignment, with its own report at every stage.
Regulation and documents. Loans are classified by risk under the National Bank of Moldova's rules. More than 20 reports cover the regulator, anti-money-laundering, court, enforcement and assignment, and notices, demand letters and contracts are generated from templates.
Credit bureau and notifications. The platform syncs with the national credit bureau, with an audit of every query, and reaches borrowers by SMS, email and push, from payment reminders to overdue notices.
A client portal. Borrowers see their contracts, balance and schedule, download documents and pay online, on a portal in Zoom Credit's own brand.

Under the hood
Access is controlled by granular roles, every operation leaves an audit trail, and notifications reach the back office in real time. Guarantees (vehicles, property, equipment, sureties) are tracked with the contracts they secure.
The result
Zoom Credit runs its credit portfolio on a system it owns: one source of truth for contracts, money, recoveries and reports, where exceptions are visible instead of reconciled by hand.
